Your order will be sent out within 48 hours (business days only) of purchase through our shipping partner. You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number once it's shipped.

Our beds are delivered vacuum packed. If the bed's vacuum seal hasn't been opened and it can fit back into its original box, then yes, we can process exchanges. For other products, we accept exchanges as long as the item has not been used and is in the same condition as when you received it.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@thehappynestbrand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you are responsible for covering any shipping costs to return the bed to our warehouse securely.
